Terms & Conditions

Any user of t-o.supply, any Licensee of ToSupply Font Software or other deliverables and any other person or company using Font Software, deliverables or services of ToSupply is bound to the terms and conditions in the ToSupply EULA. By buying, ordering, storing, opening, providing access to or using ToSupply Font Software, by opening the packaging containing our typefaces or deliverables or by using the t-o.supply website you agree to the Terms and Conditions in the ToSupply EULA. Any any use of our website is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes pertaining to this contract is the city of Lausanne, Switzerland. Please note that the general EULA is subject to continuous evolution and change, as the terms and conditions are reflecting the state of technological developments of font usage in a fast-changing media landscape. Any future uses of typefaces may be subject to additional licensing, which will also apply to existing license holders.

License purchase

ToSupply typefaces are commercial software, meaning that anyone who uses them needs to have a licence to do so. All ToSupply typefaces are sold exclusively through this website. We cater to end users directly and do not sell fonts through any resellers, nor do we allow any other vendors to sell licensing to our typefaces.

Payment Currency

As a company registered in Switzerland, ToSupply is obliged to issue all invoices in Swiss Francs. Please note that when converting prices into your own currency using online services, they may appear differently on credit card statements, as credit card companies often use different exchange rates that fluctuate daily.

Payment Methods

The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card or by PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Maestro as well as Masterpass and PayPal. Once the transaction is complete, the licence is activated and a download link for your typefaces is sent by email. If preferred or if you don’t have a credit card, you can also pay by direct bank-to-bank transfer ( bank wire ). Just click on the Invoice/Bank Transfer button. Please remember that your licence will only be valid and fonts will only be available for download once the transfer is complete, which can take a number of days depending on the bank and country.

Refund Policy

ToSupply typefaces are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a font is defective and you notify us within 30 days, we will provide a replacement.

Delivery of Font Files

After completion of payment, ToSupply typefaces are delivered through a download link sent to the Licensee. The font folders are sent as zip file archives. Zip file archives are recognisable by the file extension .zip. Recent versions of both Windows ( XP and later ) and Mac OS are able to unpack zip file archives by either right clicking and selecting ”Extract” ( Windows ) or by double clicking on the file ( Mac ).

Licence Transfer

Transferring a licence to a third party is not permitted. Any subsidiary company, affiliate company, servicing or production company, design agency, freelancer and/or any other third party carrying out work on behalf of the Licensee and making active use of the Font Software, is required to buy their own, separate licence directly from ToSupply.

Disclaimer

ToSupply reserves the right to supplement, modify or delete the content of these pages at any time without prior notice or explanation of reasons. ToSupply nor other parties engaged in the creation, design and provision of ToSupply.com accept liability for any direct losses, indirect losses, consequential losses or other losses - regardless of whether it be due to non-compliance of contractual obligations, through negligence or any another illegal act – as a result of visits to, incorrect usage of ToSupply.com or due to errors, mistakes or omissions in the content. E-mails or forms sent via the Internet are neither confidential nor secure and can be viewed and modified by third parties. ToSupply shall not be liable for damages arising from messages sent to it via unsecured e-mail or other messages sent electronically ( SMS, etc. ).
